Dear Friends,
Praise the Lord!
The month of March in Quebec this year has been one of the mildest on record—a fact that has made life much easier for me, and traveling much more enjoyable. Often the roads in this area at this time of the year are very icy with a lot of slush and huge amounts of snow. I have been very grateful for excellent driving conditions.
I also had the opportunity to have a brunch at a genuine 'sugar shack'. This is a famous tradition in eastern Ontario and Quebec during the maple syrup season in February and March.
There have been some very encouraging results in the services. In Brownsburg for example, one young lady was instantly healed of a serious stomach condition. She also made a commitment of her life to Christ. The next evening she brought her un-churched friend, who was deeply touched by the gospel.
In the various places there were several folks filled with the Holy Spirit and many who were greatly encouraged and challenged to follow on with the Lord.
The schedule was extremely busy, often with several services each day. Almost every Saturday morning we were able to have special women's outreach services as well.
An unexpected change of plans postponed my visit to the Baie Comeau region north of Quebec City until May. Suddenly, another door opened for me to minister in St. Hyacinthe. In retrospect, I can see the perfect timing and direction of the Lord in these arrangements. I had not had the opportunity to minister in this assembly for over 13 years.
There was great anticipation as the word spread. To my amazement, with less than ten days notice, people responded from everywhere to attend these services. The presence of the Lord was very precious in the meetings and many were touched and refreshed by the Holy Spirit. One evening, two women who had recently been attending local home group gospel meetings prayed with me to surrender their lives to Christ.
During much of April, the Lord willing, I will be ministering in the maritime provinces of New Brunswick and Nova Scotia as well as Quebec, and one location in the state of Maine. The following outline includes some recent changes. How deeply grateful I am for your prayer support and encouragement.

In Christ,

P.S. In Hebrews 10: 23 to 25 we find an admonition of tremendous relevance to us today. The scripture states, 'Let us hold unswervingly to the hope we profess, for he who promised is faithful. And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds. Let us not give up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but let us encourage one another — and all the more as you see the Day approaching' NIV.
Recent world events are continual reminders of the eminent return of Christ. More than ever, let us walk in obedience and perseverance keeping our hearts burning with passion for Jesus.
